Aaron Hux of the McWhorter School of Pharmacy at Samford University in Birmingham, AL will be at UL Lafayette Wednesday, September 13, from 12:00 - 2:00 in Montgomery 139 to meet pre-pharmacy students and discuss the program at Samford and answer any questions about the application process.

Recently, the Chemistry Department's own Dr. Salah Massoud was invited to give a "Chemistry Colloquium" seminar entitled "Development of Efficient Artificial Nucleases for DNA Cleavage by Metal(II) Complexes" at LSU Baton Rouge.

The Department of chemistry, University of Louisiana at Lafayette has an opening for a highly motivated independent researcher, for a postdoctoral/visiting fellow position in organic/organometallic synthesis.

Dr. Holladay will be presenting an informal discussion about the pharmacy program at University of Arkansas
